EFS Europe to Return to Leicester's Victoria Park for Remembrance Day Event

EFS Europe will return to Leicester's Victoria Park Remembrance Day event in order to provide specialist temporary flooring solutions.
Having won a competitive tender for the contract, EFS Europe were last year required to supply and install 1,500m2 of its Temp-a-Path™ temporary footpath product, which was used to protect the parks natural ground and provide a safe base for the seated guests.
The company will supply exactly the same products for the 2015 service, following the huge success of the event last year.
Both its Temp-A-Path™ plastic flooring and its specialist red carpet will be deployed at the event. The Temp-A-Path™ will help to protect the parkland and create safe pedestrian access in what can be challenging November weather. In addition, the supplier's red carpet will be used to create a highly presentable approach to the significant areas of the service, including the park's war memorial.
2015 marks the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, a key period in World War II that ultimately helped shape the outcome of the conflict.
EFS Europe's Business Development Manager Jeremy Simpson said:
"My grandfather served in both the first and second World Wars within the Leicestershire Regiment, so from a personal point of view I was extremely proud to have participated in last year's service. The 2015 event will once again have huge significance, so we are very proud to be involved again."
