The World's greatest classical music festival, Proms in the Park, has seen EFS Europe install over 2000m2 of temporary pedestrian flooring.

The event was hosted by Michael Ball, with Proms in the Park favourites the BBC Concert Orchestra. Legendary singer-songwriter and The Kinks frontman, Sir Ray Davies headlined this year's event. Sir Ray was joined by leading soloists including bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel, singer and actress Elaine Paige and 1970's sensation Gilbert O'Sullivan, as well as two of the UK's most iconic pop groups; Steps and Texas, who provided early evening entertainment alongside a performance from the cast of Five Guys Named Moe.

The organisers, FestivalRepublic, commissioned EFS Europe to supply 2000m2 of Temp-A-Path for the artist areas, VIP staging areas, pedestrian walkways and toilet areas.

"We're delighted to have increased our work with Festival Republic over the last couple of years and we're particularly proud of how well the product has performed. The legenday 'Proms in the Park' is a significant event in the British summer season and to play a part in it is a great marker for our company." Said Jeremy Simpson, EFS's Business Development Manager.

The one-day festival took place on Saturday 9th September at Hyde Park, with thousands of visitors enjoying an unforgettable evening.
